Al-Arfaj pointed out that work was done to improve the real estate sector through the development of two basic parts, the first related to legislation, and the second to improve the business of the sector, by providing electronic services, and thus quickly meeting the needs of real estate developers, pointing out that the electronic platform for completion has played a large role in facilitating The services of the developers, especially in light of this crisis that the country is going through, and that the center enjoys special support and continuous follow-up from the Minister of Housing

On this part, Engineer Abdul Wahab Al-Qahtani, Director General of the Developers Services Center, said that the center was established to be a platform to enable developers to develop the real estate development sector, as it works to facilitate procedures for practicing real estate development work through excellence in providing one-stop services for real estate developers, and providing the digital platform Integrated to accelerate the processes of accreditation and approvals for real estate development with stakeholders and to provide integrated consulting solutions to developers, which contributes effectively to the development of the real estate development sector.

Al-Qahtani explained that the center is distinguished by being a single point and one step for all services, and it receives all requests and provides requirements in a clear way, whether through the website or attendance at the center, in addition to what it provides of a specific time frame for the completion of services, whether with acceptance or reasoned refusal, as well as what it provides A group of specialist consultants and engineers to provide the assistance needed to complete the procedures, as well as its participation of the stakeholders in improving performance and developing regulations and procedures.

For this part, Eng. Bandar Al-Tamimi, Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, spoke about the center’s system and its distinguished services from one place, pointing out that the center has integrated partnerships with a number of ministries such as the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and National Water and the Saudi Electricity and Civil Defense Company In addition to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Wafi and the Communications Authority, as well as with about seven secretariats to facilitate the process of obtaining licenses.
Al-Tamimi pointed out that “Completion” offers today 31 services via the electronic platform, which starts with the approval of the initial plan and passes the request for a certificate of completion of construction and ends with the support of the request for employment and support for the two phases and requesting exceptions.
